Refund policy

At Grand Old Mercantile, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy, giving you a full month after receiving your item to request a return if needed.

How Returns Work
To qualify for a return, your item should be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Don’t forget to include your receipt or proof of purchase to make the process as smooth as possible.

A flat $5.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the prepaid return shipping label we provide. Items returned without prior approval cannot be processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items? Let Us Help!
We’re here to make it right. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly and ensure you’re satisfied. For these cases, we’ll cover the cost of the return shipping.

Need an Exchange?
For the fastest service, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order for the product you want. That way, there’s no delay in getting exactly what you need.

Refunds Made Simple
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s been approved. If it has, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the $5.00 return shipping fee. Remember, it might take your bank or credit card company a little extra time to post the refund.
